While at Loop, I managed multiple junior / mid-level graphic designers and directed video editors and motion designers.
I concepted & developed a landing page hero video, resulting in a 99% A/B choice over the original hero video with a 70% improvement on conversion goals. I also led art direction for Loop Trivia, a Loop-owned and operated channel, which became the number one channel on Loop's streaming platform, amassing over 39 million monthly minutes watched across 83 thousand screens nationwide.
